Sam Capra is a seasoned sales leader with over two decades of B2B sales experience, including 16 years dedicated to the Tech and SaaS industries. His career is a testament to his ability to drive growth, innovate sales strategies, and lead teams to success across various stages of business development—from scrappy startups to well-established enterprises.


Throughout his career, Sam has consistently exceeded expectations, achieving and surpassing sales quotas in 13 out of the last 14 years. With a career total of over $268 million in revenue, Sam's impact on the companies he's worked with is undeniable.


Sam’s experience spans a broad spectrum of roles, from an individual contributor to leading & training sales teams of up to 75 members. He has built sales organizations from the ground up, developing and implementing robust sales processes, technology, training curriculums, and playbooks that have become the backbone of successful sales operations. His leadership style is rooted in a deep understanding of the sales process, coupled with a hands-on approach to coaching and mentoring his teams.


At flexEngage, where Sam served as the Vice President of Sales, he was instrumental in leading the outside sales efforts for the digital receipt SaaS startup, driving it from its inception through to its acquisition by Klarna.


Sam’s ability to adapt and excel in different environments is further highlighted by his tenure at various other companies, including ExactTarget, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and CareerBuilder.
